    A major energy provider wanted to ensure its hiring decisions were fair and objective. It needed a partner who could provide selection assessment services for key manager roles and above. The goal was to improve managers’ hiring decisions and select talent that was the best fit for the role. 

    The Solution

    Right Management provided talent assessment expertise for over 6,000 hiring decisions from supervisory to C-level roles. A dedicated project team was created to align assessments with the organization’s leadership model and assure a quick turnaround for the high volume of requests. The Right assessors provided feedback and development planning to all internal candidates and successful external candidates, supporting the organization’s commitment to the growth and development of its talent.

    • Managers were 4.8X more likely to focus on retaining top rated leaders
    • Performance ratings of strong-fit managers were 9.5% higher than moderate-fit managers
    • 68% say it helped them make a more informed hiring decisions
